Blog Post #2 Professional Development Report 1

I have accomplished to date constructing part one of the professional development report. The letter took approximately four hours to create and edit. Learning to revert to other previous professional memos produced throughout the instructional curriculum prepared me for the development of the memo. The tools learned enabled me to develop a professional memo to explain the importance of making a video to showcase the fingerprint process. Applied the course lectures related to content delivery, formative assessment, and the 21^st-century learning model to construct my professional memo. The memo addressed the instructors need of adding technology to the instructional content and addressed how students need real world content to make a connection to the instructional material. Also, provided an outline of the items that are to be included in the virtual office video tour. Overall, developing the professional memo brought back memories from past courses where I could reflect on the development on those memos to have a guide to creating a new professional memo related to my project for the supervisor’s approval.
